We are here to help you get rdev running and keep it running.

Business days are Monday to Friday, counted in UTC. Without an active license we reply within 3 business days. The time starts again whenever you write to us, so a request that is waiting for you never counts against us.
Open a support request
Choose Support in the panel's sidebar, then New request. Give it a subject, a category and, if it is about one of your servers, the server, and describe what you did, what you expected and what happened.
You can attach up to three files to a request in total, 10 MB each: images, PDF, text, logs, JSON or ZIP. Attachments are stored on our own storage and open only through links that expire after a few minutes.
Each request shows its state:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting for us | We owe you an answer, within your plan's time |
| Waiting for you | We answered; reply if you need anything else |
| Closed | Solved. Write in it again to reopen it |
You get an email when we answer. Choose Mark as solved when you are done; a request we answered closes by itself after 7 days without a reply. Attachments are deleted 90 days after a request closes.
On a Team plan, the owner of the license sees the requests its members open.
Other ways to reach us
Email [email protected] or use the contact page, for example before you have an account.
What support covers
Support covers servers that have not been modified. See Your server, your root for what that means.
Diagnostic report
Before you write to us, run sudo rdev doctor on the server: in the terminal you used for the install command (SSH as root or your provider's web console), or rdev doctor after ssh rdev from a connected laptop. The first form needs rdev 0.2.0-beta.18 or later. It checks the license, rdev's files, the agent settings, your notification channels, the tailnet, PHP, the services and the certificates, and says what to fix. Paste its output into your request; it contains no secrets.
